Employment Opportunity: Coordinator for the EveryOne’s Home Leadership Model
This opportunity to join the Red Deer & District Community Foundation team will focus primarily on coordinating the work of the EveryOne’s Home Leadership Model and engaging the broader community to raise awareness on the efforts to end homelessness. Developing relationships with various community groups, organizations, elected officials and staff will also be a component of the job to ensure that there is enhanced coordination of services and communication, sharing of information and further development of the EveryOne’s Home Leadership model as guided by EveryOne’s Home: Red Deer’s 5 Year Plan Towards Ending Homelessness.
The successful applicant will have a university undergraduate degree or equivalent experience focusing on community development, human services or social development and a minimum of five years experience in community development and planning; thorough knowledge of the community of Red Deer and strong understanding of concepts and approaches that are successful in reducing and ending homelessness.
